OUR PROGRAMÂ OFFERINGS
Athletes registered in any of our programs (Experienced, Novice, or Recreational) will have the opportunity to take part in all of these club offerings!
POOL PRACTICES
During our pool time, we do lap workouts, synchro workouts, routine choreography and routine run throughs. Our pool practices are lead by our amazing team of coaches!
STUDIO TIME
Every team will have 1-2 hours of dryland time per week. This time is used to landrill, plan choreography, do flexibility training, or do team dryland fitness training.
BOOT CAMPS
In order to connect across programs, we have monthly or bi-monthly "boot camp" activities that help develop some aspect of synchro training. In the past, boot camps have included canoeing, a dance class, and a yoga class.
OUTDOOR PRACTICES
This year, due to COVID-19, our club-wide dryland training time will be moving outside, to keep us all safe and socially distanced. We will use this time to do fitness training and workouts, and to connect as a club across programs!
